Chaya Brasserie San Francisco Salutes The 34th America's Cup World Series, Sailing To Shore This August 21-26 & October 1-14, 2012
WHAT: From August 21 - 26, 2012, CHAYA Brasserie San Francisco, the stylish dining destination by the bay offering remarkable waterfront views that sweep from the Ferry Building to the Bay Bridge, announces the launch of a special three-course prix-fixe seafood inspired lunch menu for $34++ in honor of the 34th America's Cup World Series. To commemorate the nearly 160-year-old sailing competition, held in the host city of San Francisco, guests and visitors can enjoy the prix-fixe lunch menu alongside dinner specials during the last two weeks of August.
CHAYA Executive Chef Yuko Kajino crafts a sustainable seafood-inspired Euro-Asian lunch menu available Tuesday, August 21 through Friday, August 24 as well as Sunday, August 26, 2012 served alongside a limited brunch menu. The three-course prix-fixe lunch menu includes:

In addition to the lunch fixe, San Franciscans can toast to the iconic race with America's Cup cocktails inspired by flagship American cities such as the New York: Drunken Sailor, Miami: Black Pearl, and Boston: Foggy Moon ($10-$12) available throughout the America's Cup events.
In honor of the sailing series in October, as well as an ode to National Seafood Month, CHAYA Brasserie San Francisco will invite guests to feast on sustainable seafood selections with the kick-off of a limited-engagement "Scallop and Oyster Food Fair" from October 1-14, 2012. The menu will feature locally sourced ingredients and culinary creations that celebrate the coastal communities. The "Scallop and Oyster Food Fair" menu will be served alongside the regular dinner menu and will range from $12-28.
