So when Stuzzi Executive Chef Pasquale Frola put together his new brunch menu, he put in what he wanted to eat - and what the Stuzzi regulars asked for. Yes, there are scrambled eggs... but they're organic eggs with imported fontina cheese and imported smoked prosciutto. And there's a frittata on the menu, because after all, this is an Italian ristorante. Want pancakes? Try Nutella crepes with house-made fruit compote and vanilla gelato.
