Chef Jacques Haeringer Selected As Guest Chef For The 2004 Taste Of Vail
Jacques Haeringer, Chef de Cuisine of his familys Washington DC award-winning restaurant, LAuberge Chez Francois, has been selected by the Board of Directors to serve as Guest Chef at the 2004 Taste of Vail scheduled for April 7-10, 2004, in Vail, Colorado. A premier culinary event, the Taste of Vail showcases wineries and restaurants in the Colorado area and features outstanding guest chefs from across the country. Major sponsors include American Express, Wine Spectator Magazine and Marriott Hotels.
As a guest chef of the 2004 event, Jacques Haeringer be the Featured Chef for one of two special luncheon scheduled during the three-day event. The 3-4 course menu will be a signature menu specially created by Chef Jacques for the Taste of Vail. Haeringer will also be participating in the Grand Tasting on the events final evening, preparing small samplings of one of his favorite dishes. He will be joined by over 30 of the Vail areas finest restaurants showcasing some of their creations.
