Chef Jacques Haeringer Selected To Participate In The Book & The Cook

Chef Jacques Haeringer of Washington DCs award-winning restaurant, LAuberge Chez Francois, has been invited to join top chefs from around the world at the 19th Annual KitchenAid The Book and The Cook., Philadelphias premier culinary event. Chef Jacques will be hosted by Cadence, Philadelphias popular contemporary French Brassierre located in the beautiful new Kimmel Center for the performing arts. His dinner showcase will take place on Friday, March 21 at Cadence.

Haeringer will also be participating in The Book and The Cook Culinary Market and Showcase March 21 through 23. There he will be doing cooking demonstrations, autographing copies of his two best selling cookbooks The Chez Francois Cookbook and Two for Tonight and showcasing his new line of signature cookware and cutlery.
