Chef Jody Adams Hosts A Father's Day Themed Cooking Class At Rialto Restaurant
Jody Adams, nationally acclaimed chef and co-owner of Rialto in Cambridge, hosts a special Father's Day themed cooking class on Saturday, June 15 titled "Rialto Knows Best - Dad's Favorite Dishes." To help celebrate Father's Day (June 16), she's selected some dishes from her new book that she's sure dad will love, including her signature Tuscan-style Sirloin with Parmesan, Lemon and Truffle Oil. Adams demonstrates four courses while offering tips and techniques from In the Hands of a Chef: Cooking with Jody Adams of Rialto Restaurant (HarperCollinsPublishers; Jan. 2002). The class is followed by a sit-down lunch in the dining room where guests will be able to enjoy the dishes they learned how to prepare. Patrick Dubsky, Rialto's manager and in-house wine expert, pairs wines and chats about each. Guests receive a signed copy of Adams' book.
