MAKO RESTAURANT PRESENTS NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION DINNER

(Beverly Hills, California)Mako restaurant will present diners a lavish seven-course prix fixe New Years Eve dinner on Tuesday, December 31, 2002.
Were presenting the celebration dinner at Mako as a special occasion for our guests to bring in the New Year with fine food, friends, and family, says Executive Chef Makoto Mako Tanaka.
Dinner will begin with an appetizer of snow crab tempura with caviar and wasabi crhme fraiche followed by courses including: Mako-style Peking duck and Chinese pan cakes with homemade five spice miso sauce; crispy wok sautied baby halibut with black bean truffle sauce, Szechwan green beans, grilled wagyu steak topped with wild mushrooms paired with a cognac, soy, mushroom reduction, and gomuko fried rice. A complimentary glass of champagne or wine accompanies the dinner, and assorted desserts complete the meal.
