Reservations may be made by calling The James Beard House at (212) 675-4984. The cost of the five-course dinner, beginning at 7:00 p.m., is $125 for members and $150 for the general public. Each course, plus hors d'oeuvres, is paired with wines selected from H2O's highly regarded wine list:
