She have been performing an excellent job, by combining American Continental Cuisine more interesting by adding Mediterranean Ingreadients.I can say, Green Peppercorn and Sea Salt Crusted Filet Mignon with Armagnac Raisins Demi, served with couscous and spring grilled veggies. Tasty, and well balance. Well Done Chef!!!! Keep the Good Work
