Chef Szekretar Presents A Shrimp Festival At H2o Seafood Grill

H2O Seafood Grill features shrimp - one of Executive Chef Scott Szekretar's favorite foods because of its taste and versatility - from November through December 24. In addition to H2O's regular and extensive seafood menu, special shrimp dishes include:

APPETIZERS

With red onion, bacon and three cheeses

With leek and spec ham bread pudding and shiitake brandy cream sauce

Also available are the traditional and inventive seafood favorites such as the millennium 2-pound lobster dusted with angry flour and a Stuffed Flounder Roulade with a shrimp, crab, and scallop stuffing in a saffron butter sauce. For meat lovers there is a Kobe flat iron steak with soba salad, saut�ed broccolini and eel sauce; filet mignon with red wine mushroom sauce, grilled asparagus and roasted red bliss potatoes; and a herb-roasted free-range chicken with truffle mashed potatoes and fried artichokes.
