Chima Brazilian Steakhouse Opens In the Heart of Buckhead This February
Brazilian Churrasco Set to Sizzle With 16 Kinds of Meat and Gauchos


ATLANTA, GA (February 4, 2008) - Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (pronounced "She-ma"), will sell the sizzle and the steak as well as 16 varieties of meat in an elegant Brazilian setting, set to open February 25. An extension of the family-owned Chima Churrascaria, the most elegant restaurant in Uberlandia, Brazil, Chima, Atlanta will be a 350-seat eatery with two private rooms featuring 40 and 60 seats respectively, and will be open for dinner seven days a week.

Located in the heart of Buckhead at 3215 Peachtree Road NE, guests will enjoy Chima's authentic Brazilian Churrasco - 16 kinds of meat, ranging from filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, chicken and salmon all served by authentic "Gauchos." The Gauchos dress in traditional attire and roam from table to table with skewers of piping hot, roasted meat, ready to slice. Gauchos continue to serve each table - until the diner finally says "enough!" by turning the table's card from orange to black.

Diners can choose between "Rodizio," which includes all the meats and salad bar, or the salad bar option only. The extensive salad bar is easily a full meal with a wide range of American and Brazilian favorites - from salads and oven-fresh breads to soups and deli meats. A full bar provides standard and specialty drinks, with an impressive wine list. Desserts leave diners with a sweet end to the meal and range from ice cream to traditional Brazilian delights.
