At this interactive class, you'll look at a brief history of potable and non-potable bitters; we'll make a number of drinks with and without bitters with a keen eye towards balanced cocktails. Then we'll work together to make our own bitters, sharing expert techniques that will allow your at-home creativity to blossom!
