The Copper Beech Inn Presents Think Pink Wine Dinner
Proceeds to Benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure
July 23, 2010 - Essex, CT - The Copper Beech Inn, together with Shore Discount Liquors, proudly presents a Think Pink Wine Dinner Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 7pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Connecticut affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, and the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists.
The dinner will offer a unique sampling of elegant dishes, created by the inn's nationally recognized chef Tyler Anderson, paired with Ros� wines from the South of France. Guest speakers, Carole Decouard, born and raised in the Loire Valley, and Christopher Sperling from Connecticut Distributors, Inc., will provide an overview and history of the production of the fine French Ros�s.
