The Copper Beech Inn's Restaurant Receives 4-stars

The Copper Beech Inn announced that its restaurant received a 4-Star (highest rating) review in the October issue of Connecticut Magazine.

In the three-page review entitled Two for the Road, Elise Maclay writes,

A quiet miracle has occurred in Ivoryton. The Copper Beech Inn has been returned to its glory days. Ian and Barbara Phillips, new owners who took over in 2002, set their sights on a seemingly unattainable degree of perfection and have achieved it. In the dining room, service is silken and assured, the ambience warm and friendly, the award-winning wine list to sigh for...Over the top? An embarrassment of riches? Of course. But this is what fine dining used to mean a glamorous special-occasion restaurant is a treat and a treasure.
