Crew Carolina Llc Names Gavin Mills As Sous Chef Of Carolina's

Crew Carolina LLC has named Gavin Mills sous chef of Carolina's. His responsibilities include assisting the executive chef with the daily operation and management of the kitchen. Chef Mils will help with creating daily specials, introducing new menu items, and administer training and education to help create a successful kitchen staff of culinary professionals.

Prior to joining Carolina's, Mills served as chef at Peninsula Grill in Charleston. He also spent time at the Sage and Onion in Santa Barbra, Calif. as well as 1 Lombard Street and Chez Nico 90 Park Lane in London, England. Mills is a graduate of the Southend College of Arts and Technology in 1994.
