Culinary Legend Chef Josiah Citrin Shares Insider Secrets On A Travel Journey Into Culinary France

ATLANTA - (6/11/2010) - Food enthusiasts hungry for a new travel adventure have the opportunity to experience a taste of France unlike any other thanks to famed Michelin Chef Josiah Citrin, owner and chef at Melisse in Santa Monica, California and Travel Designer Tammy Zacks, Founder of Travel by design. Combining their taste for both travel and culinary flavors, "A Taste of France with Chef Josiah" will explore the Lyon and Rhone Valleys as well as Provence, France October 29 through November 6, 2010.
Chef Josiah and his wife Diane will host an intimate group of foodies on a culinary journey into the incredible food and wine regions of France. A one-of-a-kind experience, travelers will dine in Michelin restaurants such as the infamous Paul Bocuse, Nicolas Le Bec and the only 3 star female chef in Michelin Anne Sophie Pic. The experience also includes a hands-on cooking class, a unique Provincial countryside meal prepared by Chef Josiah, visiting olive and cheese farms and rest their heads every night in amazing accommodations.
