Daniel Piecora, Jr. Joins Columbia City Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria

Daniel Piecora, Jr. has joined the team at Columbia City's Tutta Bella as Kitchen Manager in charge of back of the house operations and food preparation according to Executive Chef Brian Gojdics. "I am so excited to have Daniel join us as he brings seventeen years experience in the pizzeria world with him. He is an incredible addition to Tutta Bella", says Gojdics.

Daniel is a member of the well known local pizzeria family which has owned Piecora's New York Pizza on East Madison for over 25 years. He began working there right out of high school and held every kitchen position, ranging from prep to lead cook, as well as manager. Daniel went on to found Eden's Organics that catered mainly to the home cook, and recently sold the business. He holds a Graphic Arts degree, has a love for fresh produce, a true passion for pizza and a penchant for quality ingredients.
