Highlights from the menu include Celery Root, Chestnut and Mushroom Soup; Twice Baked Upside Down Cheese Souffli with a Light Parmesan Cream sauce; Traditional Roasted Farm-Raised Turkey with Stuffing, Fricassie of Potatoes, Pearl Onions Cremini Mushrooms and Artichokes; Alaskan Wild King Salmon with Sweet Carrot Puree; and Peppered Black Angus Hanger Steak. Desserts from renowned Pasty Chef Frangois Payard include Upside Down Warm Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Souffli with Pistachio Ice Cream, and Pumpkin Crhme Brulie.

Thanksgiving at Payard Manhasset: Chef de Cuisine John Randazzo's Thanksgiving menu is $49 per person, and includes Autumn specialties such as Pumpkin Risotto with Black Trumpet Mushrooms, Chestnuts, and Marscapone Cheese; Traditional Roasted Turkey with Stuffing; Brussels Sprouts and Cranberry Sauce; Atlantic Salmon with Braised Red Cabbage; Sunchokes and Porcini Mushrooms; and a New York Sirloin in a Meurette Sauce with Braised Swiss Chard. Of course the meal wouldn't be complete without Payard's desserts including Pumpkin Crhme Brulie and his famous Upside Down Warm Chocolate Souffli with Pistachio Ice Cream.
