DIO DEKA, THE SILICON VALLEY'S DESTINATION RESTURANT FOR FINE HELLENIC CUISINE, OPENS ITS DOORS FOR LUNCH


Chef Salvatore Calisi and the managing partners of Dio Deka are pleased to announce that as of Tuesday, March 6th Dio Deka restaurant, located at 210 E. Main St. in the quaint town of Los Gatos, has opened it's doors for lunch. Dio Deka has commanded great success since day-one, opening to rave reviews last November from critics and foodies alike. Guests come from all over the Silicon Valley, filling the restaurant seven nights a week to get a taste of Chef Calisi's fresh and innovative Hellenic cuisine. "We're thrilled with the great response we've received from both our guests and the community since Dio Deka's opening," comments Managing Partner Nikos Kalouris, "With the success we've garnered so far it seemed natural to take the next step and also offer a lunch menu," he says.

The lunch menu, served Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., features a variety of favorites from the dinner menu including Chef Salvatore Calisi's succulent premium rib-cut, Australian grass-fed lamb chops and his breathtaking Moussaka. The lunch menu also features a number of dishes new to the Dio Deka line-up including Lath�nia, flatbread from the island of Kimolos with grilled vegetables, basil, pesto, fresh mozzarella and Manouri cheese, brushed with garlic olive oil, sea salt and sesame seeds; Gyros, homemade lamb sausage, scallions, tzatziki, sweet vine-ripened tomatoes and lemon olive oil, wrapped in a grilled flatbread; and Souvlaki, coriander-crusted grilled pork kebabs, savory tomato jam, and wild mushroom orzo. Lunch entrees range in price from $15 - $34.

Located at 210 E. Main Street in Los Gatos, Dio Deka is open Monday-Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and daily for dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A full menu is offered at the bar during lunch and dinner hours.
