Executive Chef Thomas Parlo has created exquisite holiday menus for Mesazul, where guests dine in refinement with a panoramic view of Doral Resort's championship golf courses.

Christmas Eve - Monday, Dec. 24, 6-10 p.m. - A four-course dinner offers a selection of savory entrees - including Angus Beef Tenderloin With Wild Mushroom and Fois Gras Empanada, Hudson Valley Duck Breast With Duck Confit and Dried-Cherry Pot Stickers, or Berkshire Black Foot Porchetta With Braised Savoy Cabbage - served with a glass of wine. $75 per person. An a la carte menu is also available.

Christmas Day Brunch - Tuesday, Dec. 25, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. - Sumptuous hot and cold buffet stations feature traditional breakfast dishes and lunch delicacies - including soup, salad, antipasto, caviar, carving, sushi and seafood, and dessert stations, plus a kids' buffet - amidst live Flamenco guitar. $75 per person for adults; $30 for children ages five-to-12; children under five are complimentary.

Christmas Evening - Tuesday, Dec. 25, 6-10 p.m. - This extraordinary four-course prix-fixe dinner offers a tantalizing selection of entrees - including Beef Wellington With P�rigueux Sauce, Christmas Goose

Breast With Semolina Gnocchi and Gingerbread Sauce With Poached Currants, and Crispy Suckling Pig With Caramelized Cauliflower and Rum-Glazed Carrots - served with a glass of sparkling wine. $75 per person. An a la carte menu is also available.

New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve Extravaganza at Mesazul - Monday, Dec. 31; seatings at 6-7 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. - Guests may start out the evening at sophisticated Mesazul with a three-course prix-fixe dinner with seatings from 6 to 7 p.m. at $75 per person or a four-course prix-fixe dinner with seatings from 8 to 10 p.m. at $95 per person. Each features a choice of Chilean Sea Bass With Orange Seafood Broth or Braised Kobe Beef Short Rib and Sliced Kobe Beef Sirloin, and includes a Champagne toast.

New Year's Carnival at Bossa Nova - Monday, Dec. 31, starting at 9 p.m. - Bossa Nova Lounge brings the rhythm with live music from Miami's own Images band followed by a special Brazilian Carnival show of samba drummers and dancers. Then DJ Willymix ushers in the New Year with Latin and Top 40 music that will have everyone on their feet well past midnight. Pricing is $250 for table of up to four, including a bottle of Champagne, wine, or spirit of choice, or $500 for table of five-to-eight, including two bottles of Champagne, wine, or spirit of choice.
