Double R Restaurant Group Opens
Atlanta, Georgia-Another Broken Egg Cafe in Dunwoody, owned and operated by Double R Restaurant Group, officially opened on Monday, April 8, 2013, at 4745 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA. 30338, after hosting three charity fundraising events. The public was invited to come dine at no charge during the three fundraising events, with donations being accepted for the featured non-profits. On Thursday April 4th, $1,617 was raised to support The Spruill Center for the Arts; http://www.spruillarts.org; Friday April 5th, the restaurant raised $2,513 for the Dunwoody Nature Center http://www.dunwoodynature.org and Saturday, April 6th, $2,890 was raised to assist The Community Assistance Center http://www.ourcac.org. Guests enjoyed ordering from the 114 different menu choices including six varieties of Eggs Benedict, 11 different omelettes, an exceptional signature Bananas Foster over Belgian waffles, French toast or buttermilk pancakes, along with distinctive burgers and fresh salads.
"We were honored to support three remarkable, community focused non-profit organizations for our opening festivities," announced Chief Operating Officer Stuart Ottinger. "The Dunwoody, Atlanta community was terrific to come together and help us make a difference at our new Another Broken Egg Cafe."
This is the fourth location for Another Broken Egg Cafe in the Atlanta area. The award-winning breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant is well known and loved in the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana and beyond with 26 locations with more opening in 2013.
Another Broken Egg Cafe serves from 7 A.M. through 2 P.M. seven days a week, closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Menu items range in price from $8 to $15 with all major credit cards accepted. Double R Restaurant Group is based in Lafayette, LA and is currently Another Broken Egg Cafe's largest franchisee. With six units currently operating in Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina, the company plans to open six new locations in both 2013 and 2014.
