From Organic Ideas to Fancy Fruition! Pastry inventors, Jessie Williams and Alfredo Elias have taken the world of chocolate to a "nutty" level. The pair met while attending The French Culinary Institute, and decided to keep their partnership growing strong by opening an online organic pastry company. Upon graduation the couple found themselves routing around New York City for rare, unique cooking and baking techniques, and subsequently came across Raw fare. They began practicing on their own, and learned to incorporate French and Raw cooking techniques; expanding their repertoire of pastry knowledge. They began making healthier versions of their favorite desserts, and realized they tasted the same, if not better then the butter and cream filled varieties they had grown up with. At this point, the couple decided it was time to embark on a pastry journey, led by chocolate and nuts. They became dedicated to formulating inventive ways of creating people's favorite confections using healthy, energizing ingredients.
Eatpastry's organic truffles are made with heart-healthy nut milks as opposed to fat-laden heavy cream, and are made with entirely dark chocolate. Their organic cookies, or "Half-Dips" as they call them, are drenched in dark chocolate and contain no animal derived ingredients. All of Eatpastry's products are vegan, with the exception of the two that contain honey: the Honey Acai Truffle and the Chewy's caramel bonbons.
Eatpastry offers something for everyone, pairing salty and sweet, spicy and rich.
