Echefx Debuts Fusionwear -- Culinary Apparel Combines Comfort, Coolness And Sty

Culinary professionals that have traditionally been held captive by blistering, bulky, ill-fitting garments now have a comfortable, fitting solution. eChefX, the creator of lighter, well-tailored and cooler chef apparel, has recently unveiled a new breed of apparel, dubbed FusionWear, that undoes the heavy layers of material typically found in culinary garb and replaces it with new, stylish features and an ingenious moisture management system.

eChefX has created lightweight garments that are far superior and different than any other in the industry -- not only in comfort and mobility, but also in style, said Jennifer Witte, pastry chef for Renoir at The Mirage in Las Vegas.

FusionWear includes t-shirts and jackets for culinary professionals made of specially engineered DuPont fibers used in CoolMax., a high-performance fabric often found in athletic apparel. The unique qualities of CoolMax fabrics transport perspiration away from the body to the surface of the garment, providing greater breathability, and allowing for cooler and more comfortable attire.

eChefX has completed its initial line which includes 12 classic-yet-more-attractive jacket designs -- six for men and six for women. The most popular style for men is Insignia, which exemplifies contemporary styling and clean lines, featuring easy access with concealed front snap closure, embroidered logo, left chest pocket and left sleeve pocket. Insignia offers the official eChefX venting system: effective underarm and back neck venting, with the signature X collar allowing for maximum comfort. Insignia is available only in white Egyptian cotton.

eChefX was founded by Gil Gardner, a 27-year veteran of the culinary world. Gardners time in the kitchen gave him a firsthand perspective of the hot, demanding life of chefs and cooks. His experience prompted the creation of eChefX culinary wear.

eChefX is a privately owned corporation established in July 2003 in Las Vegas, NV. To view the product line, visit www.echefx.com or for more information call 1-800-587-9107 or email info@echefx.com.
