Ed Lightcap Chef Of Rowdy Hall Will Be Teaching A Chef-lead Workshop For Young Children At The Hayground School

Ed Lightcap, Chef of Rowdy Hall will be teaching a chef-lead workshop for young children at the Hayground School in Watermill on Thursday, February 7th. The "Young Chefs Program" teaches Hayground's oldest students the skills, concept, and techniques of the culinary arts by cooking alongside master chefs of the East End. Ed Lightcap will be teaching a class in breakfast cookery, teaching students all about breakfast.
