Elara Foodservice Disposables Names Darci Rodriguez Vice President Of Sales

Elara Foodservice Disposables, a social mission driven supplier of food contact gloves, food storage bags and related products, has named Darci Rodriguez as its Vice President of Sales.

Prior to joining Elara, Darci spent nearly 18 years in sales management at FoodHandler Inc. Darci rejoins Dan Grinberg, Elara's Founder and President and an original owner of FoodHandler. Darci and Dan were critical players in Foodhandler's revenue growth to more than $80 million in annual sales.

In her new role, Darci will be responsible for cultivating distributor and operator relationships, managing Elara's sales personnel, and overseeing the company's network of Independent brokers/reps.
