What: Indulge your senses and enjoy a six-course wine-paired dinner at The James Beard House's Annual New Year's Eve Dinner. Ring in the New Year with good cheer, as The International Culinary Center's Andre Marrero prepares a beautiful New Year's Eve Dinner. The L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon alum has planned a delightful taste of France to ring in 2011. This year's party promises to be the most festive yet.

MENU: A selection of fine wines will be served with this six-course dinner.

Hors d'Oeuvres:
- Foie Gras Melts
- Kumamoto Oysters with Pickled Radishes and Mignonette
- Curried Fingerling Potatoes
- White Bean, Tomato, and Sweet Onion Bruschetta

Dinner:
- Duck Confit Purse with Apple-Fennel Salad and Apple Gastrique
- Caviar and Blini with Traditional and Modern Accompaniments
- Tamarind-Glazed Poached Egg with Truffle Butter and Shaved White Truffles
- Shellfish Duo > Tarragon Butter-Stuffed Lobster Claw and Spaghetti with Sea Urchin Sauce, Served with Lobster Gelee, Sea Urchin, and Caviar
- Slow-Cooked Spiced Beef Short Ribs with Onion-Garlic Confit and Braised Potato

Dessert:
- Baba au Rhum Cake or Babka in France
