MAZE is offering such delights as Slow Roasted Turkey w/ fricassee of root vegetables, confit leg a la creme and roasting juices or Dry Aged Strip Loin w/ spiced eggplant and creamed spinach. Five (5) course special menu @ $85 pp. Reservations from 12 pm - 9:30 pm.

The fine dining option in Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is offering guests delicate courses that include Filet of Turbot w/organic egg yolk, New Zealand spinach and candied pumpkin seeds, Slow Roasted Turkey or Colorado Lamb Roasted in goat's butter w/ fava bean tapenade, confit potatoes and lamb vinaigrette.
