An Evening Of Alex Gambals Wine And The Culinary Pairings Of Fleur De Sel
Fleur de Sel, nestled in the heart of the Flatiron District is accepting reservations for its April 1st wine pairing dinner hosted by Burgundy producer Alex Gambal alongside Executive Chef/Owner Cyril Renauds culinary creations. Mr. Gambal's selection of wines will include wines from the Burgundy regions such as Fixin, Chassagne Montrachet, Chambolle Musigny and Vosne Romanee.
Fleur De Sel is located at 5 East 20th Street. For reservations, please call (212) 460-9100. The evening begins at 6:30 PM with passed canapis, followed by the six-course wine pairing dinner at 7:30 PM. The cost is $150/person, including tax and gratuity. Please note: seating is limited, reservations required.

Alex Gambal wines are made in an artisanal manner in small lots by hand, manipulating the wines without pumps, bottled by gravity without finning or filtering reds, and only lightly fining whites. We make approximately 60% red and 40% white.
