Executive Chef Alan Kwan Prepares Thanksgiving Specials At Tellers Chophouse

Tellers Chophouse will be serving dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Executive Chef Alan Kwan has added menu options in celebration of Thanksgiving. The regular dinner menu will also be available. Thanksgiving Day specials are as follows:

APPETIZERS
*Honey Roasted Squash Soup
With goat cheese swirl and dried Michigan cherries

ENTREES
*Maple Syrup Glazed Turkey
With brioche stuffing, whipped potatoes, green beans and gravy

*Herb Crusted Prime Rib
Au jus, horseradish cream and whipped potatoes on the side

DESSERT
*Pumpkin Pie
