Executive Chef Alan Kwan Prepares A Valentine's Dinner At Tellers Chophouse

Tellers Chophouse celebrates Valentine's Day with a three-course dinner in addition to the regular menu. The cost is $85 and includes a complimentary glass of M�et Ros�. Wine pairings are also available from the 10,000 bottle wine cellar. The menu prepared by Executive Chef Alan Kwan is as follows:
FIRST COURSE

*Asparagus and crab salad
With a lemon thyme vinaigrette

*Roquefort and walnut salad
With organic mixed greens, ruby red port vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE
Choice Of
*Petit filet mignon with a one-pound lobster
In a beurre rouge sauce
Or
*Saut�ed Floridian red snapper
With shrimp and stir fry vegetables and Asian seafood sauce
