Executive Chef Szekretar Prepares His 156th Wednesday Night Wine Dinner At H2o

H2O Seafood Grill announces its 156th Wednesday Night Wine Dinner, or third year anniversary of this weekly event, prepared by Chef Scott Szekretar. The popular three-course dinners are $40, and $30 without wine, per person plus tax and gratuity. Every Wednesday evening menu is planned with dedicated, fresh and seasonal ingredients in generous portions. Warmer months include choices of crab and local fish, garden vegetables and berry desserts. To Szekretar's recollection, no menu item of some 468 appetizers, mains and desserts have been repeated in three years. He and his team relish the challenge of devising new recipes, paired with wine selections, that provide good value and taste. The anniversary menu for June 27 is as follows:

FIRST COURSE SELECTIONS
*Fried Pacific Oysters over Brie cheese grits with Champagne vinaigrette
