Executive Chef Szekretar Prepares A Week Of Wine Dinners For Sixth Anniversary

H2O Seafood Grill announces five evenings of wine dinners to celebrate the restaurant's sixth anniversary from Monday, October 15 to Friday, October 20. Each night, Executive Chef Scott Szekretar will create a $50 per person, three-course dinner that will be paired with unlimited glasses of wine from producers such as: Nino Franco, Kim Crawford, Caymus, Ruffino, Hayman & Hill, Yalumba, Sonoma Cutrer, Bonny Doon, Chateau Ste Michelle, Rodney Strong, Liberty School, Bogle, Joseph Phelps, Penfolds, Mondavi, Acacia, Geyser Peak, Paumanok and Duckhorn. The anniversary menu is as follows:

FIRST COURSE SELECTIONS
*New Zealand lamb chops over m�che salad

*Cold smoked tuna carpaccio with tomato salsa crudo
Or
*California sushi roll with king crab, avocado and cucumber

SECOND COURSE SELECTIONS
*Braised beef short ribs with wasabi croquette

*Porcini scented shrimp and scallops
with caramelized onion flan, tarragon parsley pesto and saut�ed asparagus

*Lobster pasta

THIRD COURSE SELECTIONS
*Chocolate S'mores bombe
with chocolate sauce

with white chocolate-strawberry shot
