HOUSTON, TX (Nov. 20, 2006) - Executive Chef Trevor White brings his extraordinary talent to The Oceanaire. Seafood Room, Houston's smart and sophisticated seafood restaurant. The doors opened in Galleria Houston's splashy restaurant row Nov. 18. Houstonians can now enjoy the luxurious ultra-fresh seafood masterpieces of Chef Trevor White.

Prior to becoming Executive Chef of The Oceanaire. in Houston, Trevor White was Executive Chef of the celebrated Fog City Diner in San Francisco. Trevor White's flavor is unmatched with a fusion of sophistication and quality that along with his natural culinary talent and artistic flair sets the stage to create dining experiences that delight all the senses.

White is hooking Houstonians with his daily selections including the confectionary Nantucket Bay Scallops, the luscious Yellowfin "Ahi" Tuna, the alluring Gulf Red Snapper, the tempting Texas Gulf Flounder and the juicy Jumbo Prawns.

Trevor White's specialty dishes are guaranteed to have a little something for all moods. Seafood is flown in daily and menu items change by the day and in some cases, by the hour. From traditional favorites such as Lobster Thermidor, Chesapeake Bay Style Crab Cakes, Jumbo

Shrimp Scampi and Cioppino, the San Francisco-style fisherman's stew, to the Grilled Hawaiian Swordfish, a delicacy with Smoked Maitake Mushrooms and Huckleberry Port Wine Reduction; guest will enjoy the world's best seafood.

The Oceanaire. Seafood Room is located at 5061 Westheimer Rd. Suite 8050 in Houston's Galleria restaurant row. Lunch will be served beginning in 2007 from 11:30a.m.-5p.m. Monday-Friday.
