Executive Frank Copestick Leaves His Passion
Chef Frank Copestick formerly the Executive Chef Red Square Miami and Las Vegas has ended his partnership with first time restaurant owner Mike Gomori at Passion the Restaurant Chef Copestick cited a GENERAL BREAKDOWN between the two just as the restaurant was getting rave reveiws in the press and TV. Chef Copestick was named top ten Chefs last year by Hampton roads magaziane and was also awarded a SILVER medal AWARD for his first 60 bottle,30 by the glass, wine list. Like a marriage a lot can go wrong said Chef Copestick. He is planning a new venture where everything on the menu will be farm rasied local foods that will be rasied on the property under review at press time. I have supported the local farmers so much they told me "I should buy a farm" and turn it into a farm to table concept. I can never say no to any of my farmers as without them Passion would have never been a sucess!
Passion the Restaurant was named for the Chefs Passion for the love of food we were right there but thats the business.
