COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 19, 2005) Cameron's City Trip Menus are back. Cameron Mitchell and the associates of Cameron's American Bistro are inviting guests to sample the culinary trends of Las Vegas for a limited time with select menu items inspired by the chefs' travels to the City of Lights.
Throughout 2005, Cameron's will feature different menu items inspired by Chef Erik Goldstrom and the culinary team's travels to popular cities around the nation. "These City Trip menus are great because they are almost like a culinary postcard," said Goldstrom. "We get to combine our two passions, cooking and traveling, and share that with our guests here at Cameron's."
Start exploring Vegas with the new Chili Prawns; spicy pan-seared shrimp served with Asian slaw and garlic orange butter and the Spring Watercress Salad; made with Belgian endive, Gorgonzola, black walnuts and Champagne vinaigrette.
The tastes of this vibrant city are apparent in the entrie selections, including Halibut Pan Roast served with roasted fingerling potatoes, artichoke hearts and olive oil braised baby Romas; Atlantic Salmon accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, spring vegetable ragout and chervil aioli; and Steak Benedict, beef tenderloin with green onion potato pancakes, Applewood smoked bacon and crab hollandaise.
The artistry of Las Vegas food is not forgotten when it comes to desserts. Cameron's is paying tribute to the legendary Stratosphere hotel with its own interpretation of a Chocolate StratosphereGodiva chocolate cake, espresso chocolate mousse and Baileys anglaise.
Cameron's is currently accepting dinner reservations at (614) 885-3663, Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. and Sunday until 9 p.m. Cameron's is also available during the day to host private parties and business functions.
