First Anniversary Lunch Special At City Cellar

City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill (1080 Corporate Drive, Westbury, NY 11590-6624 [516] 693-5400, www.bigtimerestaurants.com) celebrates the first anniversary of the restaurant by offering two lunch entrees from the daily lunch menu for $20.08.
