A First Thanksgiving At Daniel

"As I feel so many New Yorkers will be staying in town to celebrate Thanksgiving together" says Chef Daniel Boulud, "we want to welcome your family to join our family". DANIEL will be open this year from noon to 7PM for a holiday feast.

The festive menu will feature traditional holiday specialties with a French accent such as Kabocha and Hubbard Squash Soup with a Black Trumpet Flan followed by Roasted Organic Turkey with Chestnuts, Quince - Pear Marmalade Spiced Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry - Kumquat Compote and a Pecan - Foie Gras Classic Stuffing.. For dessert Chestnut and Brownie Cake with Ginger Ice Cream is but one of our pastry chef's interpretations of holiday sweets.
