Executive Chef Brian Massie, formerly of the N9NE Restaurant Group and the Aureole Restaurant Group, offers the best in classic American fare focusing on simply prepared, top quality fish, meat and poultry cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Playful menu items like Kobe Sliders, Lobster Tacos, Smoked Salmon and Osetra Caviar Forks, Very Adult Fried Mac & Cheese and Doughnuts with Banana Cream Filling make for savory sharing fun at FIX. Constructed almost entirely of Costa Rican Padauk wood, FIX was designed by Graft to create a warm, welcoming and unique environment. The restaurant's ceiling, a magnificent undulating surface made of wooden planks, draws guests in from the casino floor.
