Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Chicago Presents Hall Wine Dinner May 8

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar (25 E. Ohio St. Chicago, IL 60611; 312-329-9463) will play host to the Hall Wine Dinner 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 8. Winery owner and former U.S. Ambassador, Kathryn Hall will serve as guest of honor for the evening, where a selection of premium wines will be paired with an exceptional four-course menu from Chef Jerl Griffin.

The first course begins with Housemade Burrata with blistered grape tomatoes and wild arugula, which will be paired with HALL, Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley, 2011. The next course will be a fresh Green City Market Salad with red onion balsamic vinaigrette and farmer's goat cheese accompanied by HALL Merlot Napa Valley, 2008. The third course will feature Grilled Petite Filet or New York Sirloin with kale chips, marinated and roasted fingerling potatoes paired with HALL, Late Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2009. The final course will be Coffee Creme Brulee with fresh fruit and Chantilly cream served with HALL, Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley, 2005.
