Fleur De Sel Hosts Fundraising Dinner To Support Southeast Asia
FLEUR DE SEL ANNOUNCES JANUARY 16th DINNER FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT SOUTHEAST ASIA
All Proceeds To Be Donated Directly to UNICEF Relief Efforts
New York, NY (January, 2005) - In response to the devastating natural disaster in Southeast Asia, Fleur de Sel (5 East 20th Street), will be hosting a fundraising dinner on Sunday, January 16, 2005. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the dinner will be donated directly to the U.S. fund for UNICEF, supporting Southeast Asia Tsunami Relief Efforts. Chef Cyril Renaud will prepare a four-course tasting menu with seatings at 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm for $150.00 per person, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
"Our mission is to lend support to the relief efforts in Southeast Asia as quickly as possible. Some of our staff are originally from the devastated countries and all of us want to reach out in any way we can," explains Ratha Chau, General Manager of Fleur de Sel.
