Flight Bites: Tasty Little Nibbles Paired With Petite Wine Pours. Fun!

Chef Michael Farrell recently unveiled Flight Bites, a new summer wine and food pairing program offering diners three two-ounce pour of the wine varietal of their choice - chardonnay, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon, each glass with an accompanying "bite."

"The best way to learn about wine is to drink it," Chef Farrell said. "We want to share our love of food and wine with you. With that in mind, I developed Flight Bites as a way for diners to explore different wine varietals, paired with bite-size portions of our cuisine. It's fun and the commitment is very minimal. This is a great way to learn and share with friends."
