Menus will change with the season and due to growing or fishing availabilty.
Opening Menu Features Pan roast of Rock fish with Dave and Dee's oyster mushrooms in risotto, with a local purre of beet vinaigrette, Shrimp and Grits-Carolina Shrimp wrapped in Serrano ham with cheeder chese girts and Chefs BBq sauce "Harris Ranch" NY.Stip with truffled Pomme Frites,
and wild mushroom ragout.
Desserts and baked bread will be done on site but in a rustic style.
