Food & Co. Launches New Weekend Menus
FOOD & CO. (283 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 [631] 329-1000 or www.foodandco.com), one of the Hamptons' mainstay caterers since 1993, now with chef/co-owner Stacie Pierce's thumbprint on the menu, offers weekend menus to savor at home. All orders must be placed by noon on Wednesday for Friday through Sunday pick-up. The cost of a four-course meal is $65 per person with a six-person minimum. Menu selections include:

Goat cheese tartlets with fig and balsamic; mini crab cakes with chipotle sauce; wild mushroom truffled risotto in a phyllo pillow; spicy tuna tartar in cucumber boats; franks in a blanket; mini beef Wellington

With roasted pear, Maytag blue cheese and candied walnut salad on greens with sherry vinaigrette,

With roasted lemon, prunes and apricots, Moroccan style carrots with red bell peppers and black olives, and couscous with dried fruits and almonds

With Jamaican rum glaze and horseradish sauce, marinated roasted asparagus
and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
*Shrimp Curry
With accompaniments (peanuts, raisins, coconut and mango chutney), saut�ed green beans
