Fresno Hosts New Year's Eve Wine Dinner Featuring Domaine Franey Wines Menu Prepared By Executive Chef, Gretchen Menser

Fresno will host a New Year's Eve wine dinner in conjunction with Jacques Franey, Domaine Wines of Pantigo Place in East Hampton on Monday, December 31 at 7:30 p.m. The menu will feature six-courses by Fresno Executive Chef Gretchen Menser and five paired wines. The price is $135 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. The menu is as follows:

*Jumbo lump crab with tobiko caviar, chive oil, potato ribbons
