Georgica Restaurant & Lounge Returns To East Hampton For Fourth Consecutive Summer

East Hampton hotspot Georgica Restaurant & Lounge will open the doors for their fourth consecutive summer Memorial Day Weekend 2012, offering locals and weekenders the same quality of delectable food and exciting nightlife they have come to expect following the past three successful seasons.

Owned and operated by industry veterans Antonio Fuccio, Sean Kehlenbeck, and David Schulman, Georgica has redefined Hamptons dining and nightlife to create a one-stop shop that has remained a staple amidst the annual changeups in the Hamptons social scene. While many other restaurants and lounges have come and gone over the years, Georgica has consistently remained the go-to hotspot for celebrities, socialites, and locals alike.

Executive Chef Seth Levine will continue to offer staple dishes such as White Truffle Mac N' Cheese, Seared Diver Scallops, Corn Puddling Brulee, Watermelon and Heirloom Tomato Salad, while introducing menu refinements like the new Raw Bar, which will debut this season. Guests who have enjoyed the delicious cuisine over the past seasons include Chace Crawford, Kellan Lutz, Rachel Zoe, Kelly Bensimon, Russell Simmons, Irina Shayk, Jessica Hart, Molly Simms, Jon Bon Jovi, Michelle Rodriguez, and Whitney Port.

After dinner, the lights dim and Georgica turns into one of the hottest lounges out east. Some of the most internationally in-demand DJs have taken over Georgica's turntables, including Alexandra Richards, DJ Cassidy, DJ Mel DeBarge, DJ Jesse Marco, DJ Mia Moretti and Silver Medallion.

Georgica will kick off the 2012 summer season by hosting supermodel Jessica White's "Angel Wings Foundation" charity event, benefiting the Somaly Mam Foundation and featuring an acoustic performance by recording artist Jared Evan. This marks the third consecutive year that Georgica has hosted the high profile event, which last year brought out notables such as supermodel Lisalla Montenegro, models Carola Remer and Helena Sopar, face of Ralph Lauren Chris Collins, Russell Simmons, Lohan, One Model Management owner Scott Lipps, David Rosenberg, and a performance by recording artist Shontelle.

Georgica also played host to events for amNewYork, Hamptons Magazine, The Daily Dan, Social Life, StyleCaster, Lauren Bush's FEED Charity, The Taste of Two Forks, and many more throughout Summer 2011, and look forward to many more in 2012.

In a fiercely competitive scene, Georgica owners Fuccio, Kehlenbeck, and Schulman, have successfully created an environment that seamlessly transitions from a fine dining restaurant into a chic lounge.
