Harbor View Hotel Rolls Out Thanksgiving Spread
s fall bursts into full color across New England, now is the perfect time to plan something unique and special for Thanksgiving. The Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard invites visitors to sleep in, forget the menu planning, and let someone else cook the turkey dinner for a change.
On the afternoon of Thursday, November 23, the Harbor View's Thanksgiving Grand Buffet brings the historic hotel to life with warm comforts of home and the savory smells of New England's most celebrated holiday. In addition to the traditional turkey with all the trimmings, Executive Chef Joshua Hollinger's menu will feature Chilled Mussel, Roasted Tomato and Fennel Salad, Cod and Crab Cakes with Lobster Cream, Venison Stuffed Pork Loin with Braised Swiss Chard, and Cranberry Bread Pudding with Bourbon Anglaise.
The buffet runs from 11:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and is $36 for adults, $18 for children. Children under five are complimentary. Reservations are recommended; call (508) 627-3761. The full menu for the Harbor View's Thanksgiving feast follows.
