Harbor View Revels In Romance

February in New England may sound like a chilly proposition, but the Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, Mass., is offering special Valentine's weekend packages romantic enough to heat up the snowiest of evenings. On Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, February 10, 11 and 14, 2006, lovebirds can spend one night in the historic Main Building of this luxurious Edgartown inn and enjoy brunch for two the next morning at the island's renowned brasserie, The Coach House, all for $179. Couples can further celebrate Cupid's favorite holiday by adding an extravagant prix fixe Valentine's dinner to the same overnight package, all for $289 (taxes and gratuity included). Additional night stays for either package are $109 per night, plus tax. All rates are based on double occupancy.

On Friday, Saturday and Valentine's Day, island locals are invited to take pleasure in the four-course prix fixe dinner with choice by itself for $90 per couple.
