"Hass Avocado from Mexico Bacon Green Onion Dip
SERVES 4
2 Hass Avocados from Mexico
2 teaspoons Green Onions (scallions) sliced very very thinly
1-2 teaspoons bacon sliced very very thinly
1-2 teaspoons chili paste
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper


Heat bacon in a small sauce pot until it becomes very crispy, drain off fat and place on a paper towel to absorb extra fat. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Scoop out the avocado meat and process in a food processor or blender. Add chili paste, salt and pepper, blend in well. Remove from processor bowl and place in a mixing bowl, add in green onions and bacon (reserve some of the bacon). Serve immediately and sprinkle reserved bacon on avocado dip as a garnish.

4 ounces cooked lobster meat coarsely chopped
1-2 ounces mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
