Hawaii Food & Wine Festival Announces Dates For 2013 Save The Date - September 5-8, 2013

Save the Date! The Hawai`i Food & Wine Festival (HFWF) is pleased to announce the dates for its third year to be held September 5 - 8, 2013.

The Festival will be held at The MODERN Honolulu, Halekulani, Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, Hyatt Regency Waikiki and Ko Olina Resort with Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa & JW Marriott Ihilani Resort of Spa. Building on the success of the first two years of the Festival, which were both sold out, it will feature a roster of internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirit producers and showcase innovative dishes prepared with Hawai`i's enviable bounty of locally-sourced produce, seafood, beef, poultry and other ingredients.

Co-chaired by two of Hawaii's own James Beard award-winning chefs, Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, the Festival is a benefit for the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation, Culinary Institute of the Pacific, Leeward Community College Culinary Arts Program, Paepae o He`eia and Papahana Kuaola. Major sponsors include Food & Wine, Hawai`i Tourism Authority, Hawaiian Airlines, HFM Foodservice, Southern Wine & Spirits, Honolulu Star Advertiser and HiLuxury.
