shipment of there world famous Hickory Syrup to (Chef Billy ) William Bolton
Executive Chef, owner of Chef Too restaurant in Beijing China.

Bolton is originally from Manhasset, Long Island, New York


Hickoryworks is in it's 17th year of producing this unique condiment.

Some 350 chefs world wide have created
dishes,drinks,dressings,and deserts using there syrup.

www.hickoryworks.com recently produced a hickory syrup recipe e-book.

In May 2007 they were approached by Meijer an upscale Midwest grocery chain to stock there nine(9)central Indiana locations with 8 0z.Glass bottles and Quarts
