Inauguration Party At Sushisamba

SUSHISAMBA is the 2009 Inauguration Station! Come celebrate the change on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, as SUSHISAMBA honors the 2009 Presidential Inauguration with a patriotic party in red, white and blue. Republicans and Democrats alike can join together to promote this year's theme: "Renewing America's Promise," with aperitivo and cocktail specials at the bar all night. SUSHISAMBA will showcase a live broadcast of the Inaugural Address as the country takes a fresh step forward.



The inauguration menu will showcase Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culinary influences as well as three specialty cocktails - Red, White and Blue.

BLUE COCKTAIL

Muddle sugar and lemon

1.5 oz cabana cachaca

0.75 oz blue curacao

1 oz pineapple juice

1 teaspoon of sugar

Shake vigorously, serve on rocks in rocks glass, no extra garnish.



RED COCKTAIL
4 raspberries

one spoon sugar

1oz svedka

1/2 oz peach liquor

1/2 oz OJ

splash lime juice

Shake all ingredients and serve in a martini glass





WHITE COCKTAIL

1.5 oz Cabana Cachaca

0.5 oz Cr�me de caco white

Egg white

1 oz Sweetened lemon juice (lemon juice and two heaping spoonfuls of sugar also does the trick)
